Product details

Bidirectional carbon fiber cloth is made of high-performance T700-grade carbon fiber through bidirectional plain weaving process, with evenly distributed mechanical properties in warp and weft directions, which can meet the reinforcement requirements of multi-directional stress at the same time, adapting to the reinforcement scenarios of complex building structures. The product has a tensile strength of more than 4900MPa, an elastic modulus of about 240GPa, and a density of only 1.76g/cm³. Without increasing the self-weight of the structure, it can greatly improve the bending, shear and seismic performance of concrete components.

In the field of building reinforcement, bidirectional carbon fiber cloth can be used for crack control, bearing capacity improvement and seismic reinforcement of floors, walls, beams and columns, especially suitable for scenarios requiring multi-directional stress reinforcement. When matched with special epoxy resin impregnation adhesive during construction, it can realize efficient bonding with concrete substrates, with simple process, short construction period and no need for large equipment, effectively reducing construction costs.

Our bidirectional carbon fiber cloth has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, meeting the standard of "Code for Design of Reinforcement of Concrete Structures" (GB 50367-2013). The product has uniform strength and excellent stability, and can provide customized width and gram weight options, providing reliable structural reinforcement solutions for construction projects.

Q: What construction reinforcement applications are suitable for carbon fiber fabric?

A: Carbon fiber fabric is widely used for strengthening concrete beams, slabs, columns, bridges, tunnels, industrial buildings, and cracked floor structures. It is lightweight, high-strength, corrosion-resistant, and easy to install. When used with Grade-A carbon fiber impregnating adhesive, it can effectively improve structural bearing capacity and long-term durability.

Q: What is the difference between carbon fiber plate and carbon fiber fabric?

A: Carbon fiber plate offers high stiffness and high tensile strength, making it suitable for bridge, floor slab, and beam reinforcement. Carbon fiber fabric is more flexible and is better suited for beam-column joints, irregular structures, curved surfaces, and large-area bonding reinforcement. The proper material should be selected according to the structural load, construction conditions, and engineering requirements.

Q: What should be noted during carbon fiber reinforcement construction?

A: Before construction, the concrete substrate should be cleaned and kept solid, flat, dry, and free of oil or dust. During installation, primer, leveling adhesive, and impregnating adhesive should be applied according to the specifications to ensure that the carbon fiber material is fully saturated and firmly bonded to the substrate. Proper curing should be carried out after construction to avoid early moisture, contamination, or loading.
