Product details

Prestressed carbon fiber plate uses continuous carbon fiber filaments as raw material. After high-temperature curing through pultrusion process, prestress is applied through professional tensioning equipment to form a "active stress" reinforcement system. The product has a tensile strength of more than 2800MPa, an elastic modulus of about 165GPa, and a density of only 1.6g/cm³, achieving a reinforcement effect far exceeding that of ordinary carbon fiber plates while being lightweight.

In the field of building and bridge reinforcement, prestressed carbon fiber plates are mainly used for flexural reinforcement of heavy-duty components such as long-span beams, continuous beams and bridge webs. Compared with ordinary carbon fiber reinforcement, prestressed technology can actively offset part of the structural self-weight and load stress, greatly improve the yield bearing capacity of components, effectively control structural deformation and crack width, and is especially suitable for engineering scenarios with extremely high requirements for bearing capacity and rigidity. During construction, the "tension + bonding" process is adopted. After the plate is tensioned to the design stress, it is pasted on the tensile zone of concrete to form a synergistic stress system with the base material. The process is mature and reliable, and the reinforcement effect is significant.

Our prestressed carbon fiber plate has passed ISO9001 certification, meeting the "Code for Design of Reinforcement of Concrete Structures" (GB 50367-2013) and relevant standards for bridge reinforcement. It can be customized with different specifications and prestress levels. The product has uniform strength and excellent durability, providing efficient and long-term structural reinforcement solutions for major projects.

Q: What construction reinforcement applications are suitable for carbon fiber fabric?

A: Carbon fiber fabric is widely used for strengthening concrete beams, slabs, columns, bridges, tunnels, industrial buildings, and cracked floor structures. It is lightweight, high-strength, corrosion-resistant, and easy to install. When used with Grade-A carbon fiber impregnating adhesive, it can effectively improve structural bearing capacity and long-term durability.

Q: What is the difference between carbon fiber plate and carbon fiber fabric?

A: Carbon fiber plate offers high stiffness and high tensile strength, making it suitable for bridge, floor slab, and beam reinforcement. Carbon fiber fabric is more flexible and is better suited for beam-column joints, irregular structures, curved surfaces, and large-area bonding reinforcement. The proper material should be selected according to the structural load, construction conditions, and engineering requirements.

Q: What should be noted during carbon fiber reinforcement construction?

A: Before construction, the concrete substrate should be cleaned and kept solid, flat, dry, and free of oil or dust. During installation, primer, leveling adhesive, and impregnating adhesive should be applied according to the specifications to ensure that the carbon fiber material is fully saturated and firmly bonded to the substrate. Proper curing should be carried out after construction to avoid early moisture, contamination, or loading.
