Carbon Fiber Plate (Building Pultruded Plate)
Building pultruded carbon fiber plate uses continuous carbon fiber filaments as reinforcement and is formed by high-temperature curing through pultrusion process. The product has uniform cross-section and stable mechanical properties, with tensile strength up to more than 2800MPa, elastic modulus about 165GPa, and density only 1.6g/cm³, achieving extremely high structural reinforcement effect while being lightweight.
In the field of building reinforcement, carbon fiber plates are mainly used for bending and shear reinforcement of long-span beams, floor slabs, bridge webs and other parts. Compared with carbon fiber cloth, it has higher rigidity and higher reinforcement efficiency, and can achieve the same bearing capacity improvement with fewer layers, especially suitable for engineering scenarios with strict deformation control requirements. During construction, special carbon fiber plate bonding adhesive is used to paste the plate on the tensile zone of concrete, which is stressed synergistically with the base material. The process is mature, the construction period is short, and it does not affect the normal use of the building.
