Dezhou Xinze High-Performance Carbon Fiber Products Production Project Put into Operation, Annual Capacity Exceeds 3 Million Square Meters

On June 18, 2026, the high-performance carbon fiber products production project of Dezhou Xinze Composite Materials Co., Ltd., located in Dezhou Economic Development Zone, was officially completed and put into operation. This marks a crucial step in the company’s large-scale and high-end development in the carbon fiber material field, with the comprehensive annual capacity increased from 2 million square meters to 3 million square meters, further consolidating the company’s leading position in the domestic carbon fiber reinforcement material industry.

With a total investment of 120 million yuan and covering an area of 45 mu, this project is a major layout for the company to respond to the national new material industry development strategy and deeply cultivate the high-performance carbon fiber field. The project introduces a new generation of Toshiba carbon fiber weaving and prepreg production equipment from Japan, equipped with a fully automatic intelligent control system, building a full-process intelligent production line from precursor processing, weaving molding, prepreg preparation to finished product inspection. The project focuses on producing T700-grade and T800-grade high-strength carbon fiber cloth, carbon fiber prepreg cloth, carbon fiber plates and supporting special resins. The products are widely used in building and bridge reinforcement, wind turbine blades, new energy vehicles, sports equipment and other fields, fully meeting the demand of the domestic high-end market for high-performance carbon fiber materials.

During the project construction, the company formed a professional technical tackling team to overcome multiple core process difficulties. Aiming at the difficulties of uniformity and stability control of carbon fiber prepreg, the team optimized the impregnation process parameters, developed a special resin formula, and realized the resin content error control of prepreg within ±1%, with the product mechanical performance reaching the international advanced level. At the same time, the company increased environmental protection investment, supporting the construction of waste gas treatment and wastewater recycling systems, realizing green and low-carbon production process in line with national environmental protection standards.

The commissioning of this project is an important milestone in the development history of Dezhou Xinze.
