Xinze Composite’s New Technologically Upgraded Carbon Fiber Production Line Officially Put into Operation

In 2026, China's structural reinforcement sector is embracing a comprehensive quality upgrading wave. As a large number of infrastructure projects built in the last century gradually enter their centralized maintenance cycle, the market demand for high-performance carbon fiber reinforcement materials continues to rise. Meanwhile, downstream engineering clients are raising higher requirements for material strength stability, construction adaptability and long-term weather resistance, pushing the entire industry to transform from "scale expansion" to "quality in-depth development".

As a core original manufacturer of carbon fiber reinforcement materials in China, the recently completed production line technical transformation project of Dezhou Xinze Composite Materials Co., Ltd. is a typical epitome of this round of industry upgrading. This transformation covers the entire production chain from raw fiber arrangement, impregnation curing to finished product inspection. By introducing a brand-new automatic control system, the fiber arrangement accuracy of carbon fiber fabric is controlled within 0.1mm, the overall tensile strength of the material is 18% higher than the industry standard, and the performance deviation of different batches is controlled within 1%, completely solving the long-standing pain point of insufficient batch stability in the industry.

Aiming at the special engineering requirements for low-temperature construction in northern China and high-humidity & high-salt environments in coastal areas, Xinze's technical team has simultaneously completed the iteration and upgrading of supporting products. The newly developed low-temperature curing epoxy structural adhesive can be fully cured at 0℃, breaking the traditional restriction that outdoor reinforcement projects in northern China cannot be constructed normally in winter. The weather-resistant carbon fiber impregnating adhesive customized for coastal projects has passed 1000-hour salt spray test, and its service life in high-humidity and high-salt environments is extended by 40%, perfectly adapting to the long-term maintenance requirements of cross-sea bridges and coastal port facilities.

Industry data shows that in 2026, the market size of carbon fiber materials for structural reinforcement in China increased by 22% year-on-year, among which the growth rate of high-end products meeting higher industry standards reached 35%, far higher than that of ordinary products. From simply pursuing low cost to prioritizing high-quality materials with stable performance and strong adaptability, the demand transformation of downstream engineering clients is pushing the entire carbon fiber reinforcement material industry into a new stage of high-quality development.
