Maintenance and Reinforcement Project of Sunshine Tianyuefu, Qujing, Yunnan

The Maintenance and Reinforcement Project of Sunshine Tianyuefu, Qujing, Yunnan is a typical livelihood project of our company in the field of residential buildings. Aiming at the quality problems such as wall cracking and insufficient floor bearing capacity of multiple residential buildings in the community, the project adopts a comprehensive technical scheme such as carbon fiber cloth reinforcement and epoxy resin crack grouting to provide a safe and reliable living environment for residents.

Before construction, our technical team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the building, accurately located the crack distribution and stress weak points, and formulated a personalized reinforcement plan. For wall cracks, epoxy resin crack grouting technology was used to seal cracks and prevent further expansion; for parts with insufficient floor bearing capacity, 300g/m² carbon fiber cloth was pasted to improve the structural bending performance; at the same time, waterproof treatment was carried out on the base layer to avoid the impact of humid environment on the reinforcement effect. The project strictly followed the residential building construction codes and adopted environmentally friendly materials to ensure the safety and pollution-free construction process. After the reinforcement was completed, the structural stability of the building was significantly improved, winning unanimous praise from owners and property management.
