Reinforcement Project of Tai'an No.88 Hospital Campus

The Reinforcement Project of Tai'an No.88 Hospital Campus is a key engineering case of our company in the field of medical buildings. Medical buildings have extremely high requirements for structural safety and seismic performance. Aiming at the problems of floor slab cracking and insufficient beam bearing capacity of old buildings in the campus, the project adopts a scheme combining multi-layer carbon fiber cloth pasting and steel-bonding reinforcement to efficiently complete structural reinforcement without affecting the normal operation of the hospital.


During the construction, our company strictly followed the Code for Design of Reinforcement of Concrete Structures and medical building construction standards, adopting methods such as segmented construction and night operation to minimize interference with the medical treatment order. For key areas, high-strength carbon fiber cloth and special impregnation adhesive were selected to ensure bonding strength and durability; for key stress components, steel-bonding reinforcement technology was combined to achieve local bearing capacity improvement and overall seismic performance optimization. After the completion of the project, tested by a third-party institution, all safety indicators of the building met the requirements of medical building codes, providing reliable safety guarantee for the hospital.
